A2: ஆம், we can add your logo to the product or package.
Q3: Can you make my designs?
A3: ஆம், OEM is welcome, pls feel free to send us pictures or design files. If necessary, we can keep your design protected under the law.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4: For party sets are around 100sets (our existing design and package) and 1000sets could be our design and your own LOGO on the package. 3600pcs/sets for your design to OEM the product size, color, package and carton marks.
Q5: How could I pay them?
A5: We accept T/T, எல்/சி, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For orders less than USD5000, we only accept Alibaba Trade Assurance. For orders more than USD50000, we can accept using LC as the payment terms. T/T is welcome to use orders over USD5000. Which one do you prefer to choose?
Q6: Can we take free samples?
A6: Sorry, we provide paid samples only, but when you order amounts over USD5000, we will refund the sample cost.
Q7: How long is the lead time?
A7: If the products that we have stock, then 7days is available. If OEM, then 30-40days is needed. The production cycle for each product is different. If you need further clarification, send me the product link, and I will reply as soon as possible.
Q8: Which shipping methods do you use?/What are your shipping methods?
A8:We offer sea, air, and land freight as well as express delivery.
Q9: What is your Packaging?
A9: Our standard package is one set in per opp bag, but we can custom the package as your request.
Q10: Is there any discount for bulk orders?
A10: ஆம், if MOA is over USD5000/order, a discount will be made accordingly. Please let us know if your order can reach it.
